As the sole architect and developer of the Identify24 project, I have successfully created a platform that is actively serving numerous partners and end-users in Germany, primarily focusing on KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) solutions. This project stands as a testament to my comprehensive skills and dedication in technology development. Key highlights of my role includes;

Full-Stack Development: Spearheaded the development of Identify24 from scratch, ensuring seamless integration of all components. This includes: Frontend, Backend, Database, and Server Infrastructure.

Technology Stack: Utilized an array of technologies to build a robust and scalable system. This includes: Docker, Kubernetes, Golang, PHP, Javascript, MySQL, Websockets & WebRTC, Turnserver, Restful API, ffmpeg and more.

Project Management: Used Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence.

Cloud Architecture: Designed and implemented a cloud-based architecture that is highly scalable and secure.

Mobile Applications: Led a team in the development of mobile applications (IOS, Android), showcasing my leadership skills and ability to guide projects to successful completion.

Security: Ensured the security of the platform and its users, implementing a robust security framework that includes: SSL, AES, SHA-256, JWT, and more.

Server Management: Managed and optimized the server infrastructure of the project, ensuring high performance and availability.

Adapting the successful KYC and KYB solutions of Identify Germany to align with Turkey's financial and fintech sectors under the brand name of Identify Turkiye. This involved restructuring to comply with local regulations and developing solutions tailored to local needs.

Regulation-Compliant Restructuring: Adapted Identify Germany's solutions to meet the regulatory requirements of Turkey's financial services. This provided appropriate and effective KYC/KYB services for local finance companies and fintech firms.

Formation and Training of a Local Development Team: Established and trained a software development team in Turkey, specializing them in KYC and KYB solutions. This team ensured the project was carried out sustainably and with a localized approach.

Implementation of On-Premise Solutions: Implemented on-premise product installations, enabling clients to use customized solutions on their own servers, tailored to various environments.

Development of a SaaS Model: Developed a new business model for offering Identify as a Software as a Service (SaaS). This provided clients with a flexible, scalable, and cost-effective solution.

Development of the Auto Ident Product: As CTO, I managed both strategic leadership and technical development. I worked hands-on to create and enhance the Auto Ident product, adding new modules such as biometric verification and OCR technologies with my team. This significantly improved Identify's technological capabilities.
