Sole architect of a KYC platform serving thousands across Germany, built from scratch. Golang backends, real-time video via WebRTC, medical IoT with MQTT and HL7/FHIR. End to end.
Designed and shipped cloud infrastructure for fintech platforms handling thousands of daily transactions. Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC - built to survive production, not just demos.

Problem
Hospital nurses manually checking catheter and drain flow — missed critical changes caused preventable complications. No scalable monitoring solution existed for nursing homes.
Outcome
Real-time automated alerts sent to staff before critical thresholds. Platform integrated with hospital EHR systems via HL7/FHIR — deployed across multiple hospital networks.

Problem
German fintech companies needed regulatory-compliant identity verification but building it in-house was too costly and complex. No affordable KYC-as-a-service solution existed for mid-market firms.
Outcome
Built sole-architect from zero to production. Platform processes 1,000+ verifications/day, serving partners across Germany with video ident, OCR and biometric checks.
TURKTICARET.NET
Problem
Turkish advertisers depended entirely on foreign ad platforms with no local targeting, no local support, and no understanding of the Turkish market.
Outcome
Turkey's first domestic ad network. Gave agencies full campaign control with local audience targeting — a platform built and running before most in the market saw it coming.

Medical IoT, SaaS and AI platform for catheter and drain monitoring in hospitals. Python, Golang, MQTT, Azure, HL7/FHIR, Angular. Architecture decisions, hospital deployments, team leadership.
Sole architect and developer of a KYC/KYB platform serving thousands of users across Germany. Built from scratch: Go, Docker, Kubernetes, WebRTC, OCR, MySQL. Every layer, every decision.
Adapted the KYC platform for Turkish fintech regulations. Formed and led a local dev team. Shipped on-premise deployments and a SaaS model with biometric verification and OCR.
